This page explains your choices about your personal info under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). It applies to Onward ("Onward", "we", "us"), based in Denver, CO. Folks in other states with similar laws may have like rights too.

We do not sell your info

Onward does not sell your personal info for money. We are a roofing marketplace. When you ask us to, we connect you with a few vetted local roofing pros so they can give you a quote. We never sell your info to a crowd of cold-callers.

What "sharing" means

Under CCPA/CPRA, "sharing" can include passing your info to others for certain ads across sites. If we ever do anything that counts as "selling" or "sharing" under these laws, you have the right to opt out. You can tell us not to sell or share your personal info.

How to submit a request

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal info, you can:

• Use our request form: Submit a privacy request.
• Email us at privacy@getonward.com with "Do Not Sell or Share" in the subject.
• Call us at (888) 555-0147.

What we do with your request

Once we get your request, we will honor it as the law requires. We may need to confirm who you are first so we protect your info. We do not need a full account login to take an opt-out request. We will not ask you to make an account just to opt out.

No discrimination

We will not treat you unfairly for using your privacy rights. You will get the same service and price whether or not you opt out. Onward stays free for homeowners either way.

Authorized agents

You can have someone make this request for you. We may ask for proof that you gave them permission, and we may ask you to confirm the request. We may also ask the agent to show who they are.
