How electronic records and signatures work when you use HomeMatchup.

Consent to electronic records
By using HomeMatchup, you agree to receive communications, agreements, notices, and other records from us electronically — by email, text, or on our website — under the federal E-SIGN Act. Electronic records have the same legal effect as paper ones.
Hardware and software you need
You need a device with internet access, a current web browser, and a valid email address that can receive our messages. To keep records, you need a way to print or save PDFs and web pages.
Getting paper copies
You can ask for a paper copy of any record at no charge by contacting us. Requesting paper does not, by itself, withdraw your consent.
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent to electronic records at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent may limit your ability to use some parts of the service.
