Full services directory How it worksFor prosAbout Get matched Call (866) 582-8523AI is genuinely useful for one thing here: helping you read a long service contract and surface the exclusions, caps, waiting periods and arbitration clause you'd otherwise skim past. It is not useful for predicting whether a company will pay your claim, and it is not a substitute for your state's regulator or for legal advice.
Good use: contract triage. Paste the sample contract and ask for every exclusion, every dollar cap, the waiting period, the definition of pre-existing condition, and the dispute resolution clause. Then verify each one against the document yourself. The point is to make sure you didn't miss something, not to outsource the reading.
Good use: claim organization. Building a clean chronology of calls, dates, names and evidence, and drafting a written response to a denial that cites the contract section. Documentation quality is one of the few variables you control.
Bad use: predicting outcomes. No model knows how a given company handles a given denial. Treat any confident claim about a provider's behavior as unverified.
Bad use: legal advice. Arbitration clauses are enforceable under the Federal Arbitration Act and the specifics of your rights depend on state law that varies widely. For a substantial dispute, that's a question for your state regulator or a licensed attorney — most state attorney general offices publish a complaint referral process to point you at the right agency.
