TCPA Consent & Communications

This policy explains how HomeMatchup ("HomeMatchup", "we", "us"), at 1600 Larimer St, Suite 200, Denver, CO 80202, and the service pros we match you with may reach out to you. It also explains the consent you give and how to take it back. It covers every trade on HomeMatchup, not roofing alone.

The exact wording on our forms

Our quote forms carry a checkbox that is never pre-ticked. This is the wording beside it, in full - consent version 2026-07-29.1:

I authorize HomeMatchup to contact me about my quote at the phone number and email I provided - including by autodialer, prerecorded or artificial voice, and SMS/MMS texts - even if that number is on the National or a state Do Not Call list. Consent is not required to buy anything or to receive service. Reply STOP to opt out or call (866) 582-8523. Message and data rates may apply.

Each submission stores the wording and version shown, the time you ticked the box, the page you were on, and the IP address the request came from. If you ever want to know what you agreed to and when, that record is what we will answer from.

The full authorization

The checkbox is the short form. This is the same permission stated in full:

I authorize HomeMatchup, located at 1600 Larimer St, Suite 200, Denver, CO 80202, to contact me at the phone number - including any cell, mobile, or other wireless number - and email address I have provided, using live telephone agents, an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer), artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and SMS/MMS text messages, for the purpose of scheduling and coordinating my free quote and matching me with local service professionals, including follow-up attempts, appointment reminders, and rescheduling outreach. I represent that I am the account holder or customary user of the phone number provided. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or receiving any service. I may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, or by calling or texting (866) 582-8523. Message and data rates may apply.

Your consent

When you submit your info on HomeMatchup, you agree to be contacted by HomeMatchup and up to a few matched service pros by phone call, text message, and email - including by autodialer, automatic texting system, or prerecorded or artificial voice message - at the phone number and email you give us. You agree to this even if your number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list.

This consent is not a condition of any purchase. You do not have to agree to this to buy anything. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. We and the pros may contact you about your quote, your project, and related services.

Message and data rates

Your phone carrier may charge you for calls and texts. Those charges are between you and your carrier. HomeMatchup does not control or pay them.

How to opt out

You can stop the messages anytime:

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts from that sender.
• Ask to be removed during any call.
• Click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of an email.
• Email privacy@homematchup.com or call (866) 582-8523 and ask us to stop.

Reply HELP to a text for help. After you opt out, you may still get a message that confirms you opted out.

How to revoke consent

You can take back your consent at any time by any reasonable way listed above. Once you tell us to stop, we will stop sending you marketing calls and texts. Please note that matched pros are their own businesses. If a pro keeps reaching out, you can ask that pro directly to stop, and you can also let us know at privacy@homematchup.com so we can help.

Even after you opt out, we may still send you messages we need to send for legal or account reasons, like to confirm a request.
