Liam builds the front end and the publishing system the content team works in. His constant is the performance budget: this site ships static pages with almost no client-side JavaScript, because a homeowner on a phone with two bars in a wet loft does not care how sophisticated the stack is.
He owns the templates, which is where accessibility either happens or does not — semantic structure, focus states, contrast, and forms that work with a keyboard and a screen reader. Retrofitting that later is how sites end up with an accessibility statement and no accessibility.
He also builds the embeddable calculators and widgets other sites run, which have to be fast and self-contained on somebody else's page.

Liam is a real member of the HomeMatchup team and the role and experience above are accurate. You will notice what is missing: no licence numbers, no certifications, no former employers, no awards.
That is deliberate.
