The work itself

Stabilizing stops further movement and leaves existing slopes and cracks as they are. No. A commission-paid salesperson with a laser level is not a neutral party. Treat findings as a starting hypothesis. Verify expensive condemnations with an independent engineer who does not sell piers.

What size repair does my house need?

What does an engineer’s stamp cost in my city?
