What hot tub services actually cover
Find out early which of these the dealer actually performs and which they hand off. Many dealers deliver and set the tub but do not pour the pad or do the electrical, and the gap between 'we deliver' and 'you can use it' is where homeowners get stuck with a tub sitting on the grass.
The electrical is not optional and not DIY. Hot tub circuits are specifically regulated, and the requirements are enforced by your local jurisdiction through inspection.
